SAP-LIYANG Thermo-Insulation was created as a new product as a result of numerous thermo-mechanic tests in the area of thermo-insulation. Analyses have shown that the thermal insulation performance of LIYANG can be compared with eiderdown. In fact, when equal thickness are compared, it provides about 1-1.5 times warmth of down and about twice the warmth of other high-loft insulation materials.  Besides, due to the hydrophobic property of Polypropylene, it can remain its insulating ability even in damp conditions.

Sound absorbing (proofing) material SAP materials are new pattern sound
absorbing (proofing) materials for cars, which produced by Li Yang Corporation through
special straight-woven fiber and structure fiber technologies. The fibers
are extremely thin, and the average diameter is less than 2um. The main
component is polypropylene ultra-fine fiber, which has excellent sound
absorbing ability and makes sound proofing effect much more excellent.
Li Yang sound proofing material is widely used in automobile realm. It can
also provide excellent effect on heat insulation, and keep comfortable
environment temperature for compartment.

It has special material structure, which lower unit material cost and unit
weight. It is light, thin. It has excellent anti-water performance, and does
not distort in water. It's so soft and can be compressed at will. Control
quantity fiber assemblies technology guarantees the thickness of the
product and some rebound performance. 80% PP ultra-fine fiber, and
20% PP fiber assemblies.
